How
Our modular home is fabricated indoors (within a factory), and the construction must continue because of bad weather conditions. This makes the entire home-building process significantly faster. The fabrication process of our modular homes can continue round-the-clock since factory work can be done without being halted due to bad weather or at night. Unlike onsite construction activities, factory staff can work in shifts both during the day and at night to complete the project faster.
Process
The dream building begins with a scheduled phone conversation with our Design and Sales Team. We review your goals and vision for the home, site, budget, schedules, and process. The Prell Modular will then provide schematic cost estimates for your project and discuss financing options. Prell Modular offers a variety of design approaches working with long-established architects who are familiar with developing innovative structures to meet the needs of all clients.
